What happens in an nuclear bomb explosion?

A nuclear bomb is a name generally given to a weapon that's explosion is result of energy released by a reaction involving atomic nuclei. These is typically done through fission mainly powered by uranium or peritoneum or fusion which is more power full and involves hydrogen.
Unlike an atomic power plant, where a chain reaction for splitting uranium is allowed to run in controlled way, in an atomic bomb it runs at lightning speed and totally out of control. The explosion gives rise to temperature of over 10 million °c. This strong heating creates an immense pressure wave. The pressure and the heat wave destroy everything in its surroundings. Nuclear explosion can produces blast to air are similar to more conventional weapon. It can injures to body through effect such as rupturing ear drums, lungs etc. It can also burn human body and can also vanish body. The blast also can lead long term effects such as nuclear fall out a big danger comes in the form of cancer or radiation when expose the radiation from nuclear fallout can causes a chemical change in cell which can kill cell or make the cell abnormal. If the cell DNA is damaged it can lead to cancer.
Tons of thousands of people were killed immediately when the two American atom bombs were thrown on Hiroshima  and Nagasaki  on August 6 and 9 , 1945, respectively. The infamous 'mashroom cloud' rose up to a height of 13 km and about 20 minutes later radioactive rain fell from this cloud on the two cities. A number of people have died or have developed abnormalities which are the consequences of the radioactivity caused during the explosion.
Hopefully, we won't see a nuclear war ever again!
