Do you really need Supplement ?


          A Supplement is a dietary product. Supplement consist of various multivitamins, protein, mass gainers, BCAA and glutamine etc. Supplement supplements a large process.



          Protein, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins and minerals are the five important macro and micro nutrients which we require in our day to day life from which our body work properly and function properly Hence our body gets active for work. But lot of people have deficiency of some of the micro or macro nutrients they are unable to collect all the essential nutrients from the diet that's why they supplement to correct the deficiency.
          But in the bodybuilding process it requires 90% of nutrition and 10% of supplement. Lot of people don't know that the major role of nutrition which is must and miner role of supplement which is not very essential. Hence a supplement cannot work alone to build body if its then almost every person is a body builder, so its totally depends on how hard you work and how much effort we apply for it.
          A well balance diet covers almost every macro and micro nutrients. And without diet supplement is of no use.
          Hence you can't replace diet with supplement and also we don't need supplement because the major approximately 90% is cover by diet and only 10% work will supplement do.
