Steroids vs supplements


          There is a big difference between steroids and supplements. Lot if Indian parents think that steroids and supplements are the same things but actually there is lot of difference between them.

          Steroids is the chemical compound and also it is the drug. I boost the hormones in the body which result the fast growth with less effort, but it is the harmful for the body the long term use. It has a positive impact but more than it its negative impact. It side effects are very dangerous which may also lead it someones death.
          Supplements are sources of your essential nutrients which we are unable to cover in our daily diet. Most of the supplement's are taken orally in the form of shakes or piles. They are safe and work as a fuel for our body to make our body active. Sometimes we don't eat properly and our body don't get enough nutrients from food at that time supplement is the only way to fulfil the requirement.
          Steroids are the shortcut in a bodybuilding which builds our body in short period of time but result in harmful effects in body and may even leads death. Where as supplement is the safe option takes time for result and its is without any risk.
          So it is better to take supplement under the guidance of nutritist or certified trainer.
