If you are doing workout for a long time and suddenly you stop doing workout due to some reasons then what will happened after you stopping workout?
When you are doing workout then you body is practising the particular group of muscles which makes these particular group active hence it gains a lot of strength, endurance, performance etc
But when you stop workout due some reasons then your body will showily slowly starts getting into comfort zone and these comfort zone is exactly the same as when you haven't started workout which means our will slowly slowly starts losing strength stamina and performance and you will go the same average life style and the highly active people don't have average life style.
If you are the person whose gole is to loss fat and if you are losing weight during workout it will gain weight again which is in the form.
And if you are the person whose gole is to gain weight then those people who gain weight during work out then the people slower slowly he will also loss muscle.
So its better to restart working out which to stay healthy. And when you restart your workout again then your body has muscle memory which will help you to grow body fast.
