Coffee is the brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans. It consist of caffeine which is present in most of the preworkout, soda and soft drinks etc.
Caffeine is also a legal drug, it is also used in medication (prescribe medians). Coffee has a very good benefits i.e. it helps in the weight loss and reduce fat. Coffee boosts your long term memory and also helps in the prevention of various diseases such as i reduces the risk of moth cancer, throat cancer and lunges cancer etc. It also increases your alertness. It stimulates the CNS(central nervous system) and controles blood pressure. Within 15 min it goes into your brain and creates alertness hence feel active and less sleepy.
But the excess use of coffee increase the nervousness which make us nervous, it can make you trouble in sleeping and upset stomach which is a open invitation for various problems, it increase the anxiety/stress and also makes us dehydrate means the loss of water. All these side effects are happened due to the excess use of coffee.
The coffee is beneficial when it is taken in limit. A person should drink less than 250 mg per day or not more than 2 cup. It stayes in the body for6 hours. It is safe if the dose is less than 2 cups.
The coffee will not harm you and give you healthy effect unless you take overdose of it. So you should take it once in a day to enjoy it.
